I currently see clients for individual sessions, drawing from traditional massage, movement therapy, and biodynamic craniosacral therapy. The cost is $95 for 1.25 hours. Initial sessions are 1.5 hours. We can talk beforehand by phone to identify what brings you to bodywork in the present time.

What is biodynamic craniosacral therapy? The focus of CST is always on exploring sensations and the nature of being in a body. CST connects to the phenomena of the whole body expanding and contracting in a rhythmic or tidal way, a tide expressed throughout the human system, and known by every cell. CST experiences bodily intelligence as an expression of a wider ordering principle in nature, directly encountered in movement and stillness. Health is an active principle in CST, a living and breathing reality that can be touched. The cranial approach to healing and restoring balance has been passed down through a lineage of osteopaths. The biodynamic approach employs only light touch.

What people are saying…

  • "Julie shares practices that grow body knowledge while also welcoming creative energy—a synthesis I find freeing.”

    Franny A.

  • “These sessions give me time and space for reflection, remind me of something forgotten, and make me aware of my innate abilities. In time, I’m discovering confidence to trust and act on my intuition, because it is not words, not concepts, but the sense of being here and now.”

    Annamariah K.

  • I was struggling with some things at the time, and our sessions helped me find peace, and ability to respond to reality around me, as it is. Julie’s nuanced attunement helped me to listen to subtle experiences, to gain insights from different parts of my body, and to experience arriving to myself. She is a powerful witness to personal process.
